Hands to Hands Community Fund was founded by concerned community leaders to help support programs and services of eight nonprofit agencies. These agencies serve children, adults and seniors whose needs are growing every day. The people served by these eight agencies now need your help more than ever before.
These agencies feed the elderly, watch over neglected and abused children, care for children and adults with developmental disabilities, provide shelter for children living in harms way, and grow and develop tomorrow’s community leaders.
